The My Own Meal Journal is a new feature on the Daily Update page that will make it easier, faster and more accurate for you to enter what you ate and the calorie count.Search through the Calorie King Food Database. The Calorie King Database holds nutritional information for over 50,000 American generic and brand name foods (including over 260 fast-food chains). There is a wide range of nutrient data and information available including calorie count, fat content, fiber content, protein content and more. Search on generic food items or search on your favorite fast food and chain restaurants. The restaurant list includes: Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, KFC, Applebees, Olive Garden, IHOP, Subway, Red Lobster, Taco Bell, Chilis, Pizza Hut, Arbys and more.Create Your Own My Favorites List My Own Meal Journal also allows you to enter your own food items. As well as save any single item or group of items to you’re My Favorites list. For example, if you often eat Serious Yogurt you can add this to you’re my Favorites list. If you eat your Serious Yogurt with fruit and nuts, enter the individual items the first time and then save the group of food items as “My Yogurt Snack”.
